FOAL’s work is possible thanks to resources from ONCE’s responsible gaming products and the efforts of many public, private and civil society organisations, both in Spain and Latin American, as well as volunteers and donors.
FOAL’s close partnerships with Ibero-American states and organisations such as the Latin American Blind Union and the Latin American Council for Education of People with Visual Impairment (ICEVI Latin America) ensure its activities are sustainable.
Institutions such as the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB), the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI), and the Ibero-American Social Security Organisation (OISS), lend value to the project.
